WALK-IN-INTERVIEW
Bharat Electronics Limited, a Navratna Company & India’s Premier Professional
Electronics Company requires Software Professionals for its Central Research
Laboratory-Ghaziabad, on CONTRACT BASIS initially for a period of one year
(extendable for another one /two years depending upon performance and
requirement) for its high technology area of ON GOING PROJECTS.
NO. OF POSTS : 17
QUALIFICATION : First division in X, XII and degree. Degree in
Electronics /Electronics & Communication/ Computer Science/ Information
Technology or MCA degree (with a Science background) from a recognized
university/Institute approved by AICTE /Technical Board.
EXPERIENCE : At least one year of post-academic practical and hands on
experience. Proficiency in C/C++ /Assembly, Software Development for Embedded /
Real Time Systems, Communication Systems / Switching systems, Command &
Control Systems/Sub Systems, Tactical Data Link, Interface Protocol for Sensors and
Weapon Systems, Network Management Systems. Experience in usage of CASE
tools like Rational/Teamwork, Software Engineering standards like DOD 2167A/MIL
STD –498/ IEEE 12207. Experience in Software Development with Real Time
Kernel/Real Time Operating Systems like LYNX, Vx Works /VRTX/Linux. Teaching
experience will not be considered as experience for these posts.
AGE LIMIT : Maximum age limit is 30 years as on 15.1.11.
EMOLUMENTS : The Selected candidates will be paid an all inclusive
consolidated remuneration of Rs. 15,000/- to Rs. 20,000/- per month depending on
their experience. No other allowance /facilities are permissible.

MODE OF SELECTION : Interested candidates possessing the above
qualification and experience may report for test/walk-in-interview to DY. MANAGER
(Human Resources & Administration) , CENTRAL RESEARCH LABORATORY,
BHARAT ELECTRONICS LIMITED, POST BHARAT NAGAR, SITE-IV, SAHIBABAD
INDUSTRIAL AREA, GHAZIABAD -201010 on 15.1.11 between 09:00 hours to
11:00 hours along with their duly filled bio data form (to be downloaded from our
website) along with the following documents:
1. Duly filled bio data form
2.Original and self attested photo copies of your X, XII, all semester mark sheets &
degree certificate
3. Experience certificate/proof of experience
4. Two recent passport size photographs
5. Any other certificate/testimonial which you would like to place before the
committee.
GENERAL GUIDELINES:
1. Kindly come only if:
a) You have secured first class in your X,XII & BE/B Tech/MCA
b) You are not more than 30 years of age as on 15.1.11
c) You have minimum 1 year of practical post academic (i.e after passing the
qualifying degree) hands on experience in software development.
2. Freshers will not be entertained
3. Written test shall be conducted only for the eligible candidates and short listed
candidates will be interviewed. In case of more number of candidates, interviews may
continue from 2 to 3 days. NO TA/DA IS ADMISSABLE FOR ATTENDING THE
INTERVIEW.
DIRECTIONS TO REACH Central Research Laboratory: The Central Research
Laboratory is at a distance of about 2.5 KM from ANAND VIHAR BUS TERMINAL
(ISBT)/Metro Station, DELHI.
The buses from SHIVAJI STADIUM & ITO, Delhi to ALT, GHAZIABAD pass near our
factory (Bharat Electronics Limited) and bus stop is on Link Road in front of
Bikanervala (on the road leading to MOHAN NAGAR). It is located opposite
Indraprastha College on the road between Bikanervala/Home and Country Inn Hotel.
BEL reserve the right to increase/decrease the number of posts.
