Magadheera Tollyhood's first 600 Days Movie

The biggest blockbuster in Telugu film industry’s history, Magadheera has achieved another unique record. The film, which released on July 31, 2009, has completed its 600 days run in Kurnool and interestingly, the film has been running for 600 days in a cinema hall in Kurnool, Lakshmi A/C. This is a new record in Telugu cinema where a film has had a 600 days (four shows) run in a single theatre. Both the records are unlikely to be broken anytime soon, given the fact that completing a 100 days run has become increasingly difficult for any film these days. S S Rajamouli had directed the film which had Ram Charan Tej, Kajal, Srihari and Dev Gill in lead roles. Allu Arvind had produced this film which was the costliest film ever back then. The film grossed more than Rs 110 crores and will be released in Tamil and Malayalam later this year.

Magadheera Crew:

Ram Charan Teja as Kaala Bhairava and Harsha
Kajal Aggarwal as Yuvarani Mithravindha Devi, Indira (Indu)
Sri Hari Raghumundri as Sher Khan, Solomon
Dev Gill
Senadhipathi Ranadev Billa, Raghu Veer as
Sarath Babu as King of Udaigarh
Rao Ramesh as Ghora
Sameer as Maan Singh
Chiranjeevi (Guest Appearance in a scene after "Bangaru Kodipetta" song)

Awards:

National Films Awards.
2009 Nandi Awards
2009 Film Fare Awards South

Magadheera released in 1000 screens worldwide and grossed in India around Indian Rupee ₹100 crores by 100th day. Magadheera is the highest grossing movie in the Telugu film industry ever. The film completed 600 days in 1 centre. We hope a new movie of Ramcharan Tej and Rajmouli to break this record and set a new record.

Congrats to Magadheera team and crew members .
